About the event
As we move through spring and continue to open our hearts to the growing energy of summer, perhaps you’ve found some resistance in embracing the possibilities before you.
Join Alicia Wang and Kristen Winn for a day retreat at Rising Moon Meadows. We’ll explore each chakra and shift any stuck energy through immersion in a five-sense meditation, releasing our inner warrior with an extended Steel Mace Vinyasa practice (no experience necessary), gathering nature’s offerings to build a labyrinth, and closing with a walking meditation. We’ll nourish ourselves with nutritious delicious snacks, have some personal time to journal or sketch, and raise our collective vibration with a song. Bring a friend, experience the joy of new friends, and close the day with energy flowing from head to toe.
This energetic exchange is available on a sliding scale:
$111 - $333
To reserve you spot Venmo: Alicia or Kristen the Red
Steel Mace is an ancient tool with its origins dating back to India. This is for multiple levels and steel mace are provided. Familiarity with yoga a bonus.
Labyrinths are a universal ancient “tool” for meditation and date back 4,000+ years. They have been known to resurface in times of transition.
